REFUNDS

www.helixplan.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 1 days (24 hours) of purchase with a valid reason for return. We do not offer a refund for change of mind nor do we offer a satisfaction guarantee. We reserve the right to assist first if issues with the service are due to technical difficulties, including providing the product information via a different means. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, in accordance with these terms, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased, minus any associated transaction fees. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of www.helixplan.com.au

 

 

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales which are in force from time to time and both you and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales for determining any dispute concerning these Terms.
